A day at the races

Good news! Get Yourself Noticed were recently honoured at the Envoy Distributor of the Year Awards.

Envoy- one of the leading promotional product catalogue groups in the UK, host an  annual event to recognise the outstanding service of distributors & suppliers alike.

Directors Joe & Sam headed off to Wolverhampton Racecourse for a day of workshops with the biggest and brightest in the promotional products industry, followed by the awards ceremony where we were lucky enough to pick up some lovely crystalwear to add to the display cabinet!

We were delighted to receive 3rd place ‘Distributor of the Year’, voted for by Envoy suppliers.  It is a huge honour to be recognised as a stand-out distributor by our suppliers, and a welcome reward for the dedication we put in everyday – ultimately to provide a fantastic service to our customers.

WE DID IT!

The GYN team accompanied by a couple of the GYN KIDS (patent pending) took to the beach on Saturday 23^rd April to take on the Rainbow Run Swansea – raising money for Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice.

We tackled deep sand, wet sand, cobbled sand (how is this even a thing?) and of course being doused in paint at every turn! Sure we’ll be coughing green powder paint for the next few days, and the, lets say – “over eights” GYN team members will be suffering achy knees for longer than we care to admit – we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We would like to thank everyone who sponsored us to raise well over £600, and thank you to everyone who came to cheer us along on the day- we could not have done it without you -THANK YOU!!!

On your marks…get set…

The fine athletes* at Get Yourself Noticed are donning the Lycra and taking on this year’s 5k Rainbow Run Swansea in support of Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice. The Rainbow Run is no ordinary 5k! We will be showered with colour at every turn, so we come out looking like right plonkers – all in the aid of charity!

Tŷ Hafan is one of the UK’s leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers care to children and support for their families, throughout Wales. They offer comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families in the hospice, in the community and in their home so they can make the most of the time they have left together.  Every year Tŷ Hafan has to raise £3.7 million to provide its free services to families in Wales. That’s where we come in – they need our support in order to keep providing these important services year on year.

We have set up a JustGiving page to collect donations- which is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send you unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity, so it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Its promotional products week 2015!

This week we are celebrating all things promotional, sharing some of our best loved products and providing some fun facts proving that promotional products GET RESULTS!
